вдруг ни с того ни с сего стали появляться ошибки:
/sbin/initlog: error while loading shared libraries: /sbin/initlog: undefined symbol: poptHelpOptions
/sbin/initlog: error while loading shared libraries: /sbin/initlog: undefined symbol: poptHelpOptions
/sbin/initlog: error while loading shared libraries: /sbin/initlog: undefined symbol: poptHelpOptions
w: error while loading shared libraries: /lib/libproc.so.2.0.7: undefined symbol: BC
И еще:
/usr/sbin/logrotate: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/sbin/logrotate: undefined symbol: poptHelpOptions
find: error while loading shared libraries: /lib/libe2p.so.2: undefined symbol: pcre_free
logrotate я трогал только с целью поменять reload на reset для apache.
Ну когда же выйдет мастер?

такое может быть только при неправильном обновлении части пакетов.
библиотеки в системе не те, с которыми собирались обновленные пакеты (если библиотеки новые, то старые проги ругаются)
если это так уж надо было делать - только пересборка новых пакетов для работы со старыми библиотеками.

Обновите initscripts и logrotate
Когда будет мастер - не знаю.
Скоро но не на днях.
Может и через месяц.
