Простые может быть, от парадокса вам скорее всего придется
отказаться. Из привычных(общих) с Делфи интерфейсов к базам
данных подойдёт FireBird(InterBase). Достоинство Делфей это
наборы более мене стандартных компонентов. Будьте готовы к томы
что вы не найдете их в IDE под Linux. Если я оказался неправ в
последнем своём утверждении буду рад, если меня поправят в
Glade+anjuta (c/c++) я не обнаружил такого. Хотя окошки вы
рисовать сможете с кнопочками, комбобоксами, менюшками итп. а
вот готовых компонентов типа календарь, выбор файла я не увидел.
Может не туда смотрел. Смущает отсутвие генераторов отчета типа
QuickReport так что не совсем понятно как рулить принтером.
А чем вас не устроил Kylix? После Delphi то и с любовью к
Паскалю?
