Нет. Проблема в том, что банить нельзя.
Часть народа сильно удалены.
Мы - в Питере, часть в Москве, часть в Киеве.
Для "строгого внушения" мне командировку не оплатят...
А скрипта никакого не нужно - webalizer вполне годится
для этого.
Мне нужно "не пущщать"
