NT4 - на такой машине должно. Сам сидел под P200, 96 ОЗУ и NT4.
При том, что у Pentium-MMX ядро вообще доработано чуток, т.е.
само по себе (без MMX операций) дает до 10% прироста, значит,
P166MMX примерно равно простому P180.
Что до NT4 TSE - не уверен.

ОО на младших пентиумах представления не имею.
