А есть ли у Зиглера ссылка на документ, в котором это описано? Что-то
я про 217 не помню (хотя лет семь сетки не тяну, и мог что-то забыть,
или что-то могло поменяться). Раньше это, кажется, был BCP5.
Если ссылки нет, можно, наверное, у него спросить.
