Здравствуйте ! Может я нарушил правила, написав в другой кодировке и
по тому игнор.? Извиняюсь за дубл., но рискну еще раз.
ALT Linux Compact 2.3
Модем Eline V1456VQE на COM2
Запускаю kppp:
ATZ
OK
ATM1L1
OK
ATDT 8W7777773
CONNECT 49333
Starting pppd...
Происходит дозвон, начинается хэндшейкинг и тут вываливается окно:
The pppd daemon died unexpectedly! Exit status: 16
Читаю man:
The link status was terminated by the modem hanging up.(Связь прервана модемом, повесившим трубку?)
Каюсь, в мордорском слаб. Помогите разобраться!
Логин есть.
Авторизация CHAP.(Раньше работало!)

Перед проблемой временно отключал модем (порт нужен был), кудзу ругнулся чего-то, жаль, не вчитался...
Какие еще файлы/логи показать?
