Если _ссылку в браузере_ - то скорость будет зависеть от того, _с чем
интегрирован_ браузер.
Если ни с чем, то схватить url в текстовый буфер и издать строку -
быстрее, чем запустить графическую качалку, найти поле, в которое
нужно сбросить буфер...
