Заместо обычного блокнота есть _продвинутый_ блокнот. Основные функции
которые мне понравились. Показывает строку, столбец. Подсветка тэгов.
При создании/открытиии ного файла. открываеться в новой вкладке. а не
новым окном. Это програмулька для Windows называеться WebNotepad или
Webpad (точно не помню.)
