Рекомендую курсы в УЦ "Специалист" URL:http://www.specialist.ru
Курсы проходят ежемесячно. Курс, который читает Артур Крюков очень понравился. Хотя курс построен на дистрибутиве Slackware, описываються и другие дистрибутивы. Но самое главное вы узнаете что такое консоль и как администрировать фактически любую unix-подобную систему. Хороший курс по моей оценке.
