Что вы хотели от проприетарщиков? Выпустят продукт, а пипл схавает.
P.S. В chromium мне пришлось недолго провозится, чтобы починить сборку
под i586 (патч с конфигурацией для ffmpeg). Правда для систем без SSE2
это уже не помогает.
