Подскажите, пожалуйста - есть программы для определения mac адресов
на компьютерах локальной сети?
На свеем компьютере можно посмотреть в ifconfig - a как узнать
mac фареса других машин в сети?

Таки водрузить arpwatch надежнее
потому что для вытягивания из кэша (arp -a) маки должны там быть (что не
проблема, конечно - nmap -P0 на всю сетку и готово). За arping не скажу,
давно пользовал...
