В общем удалось запустить - пришлось отключить сетевую карту через
minicom..с сетевой ни в какую не хотел подниматься.
AT^SETPORT="A1,A2;10,12,3"
Вернуть обратно - ^SETPORT="A1,A2;12,16,A1,A2"
