Всем привет,
А это нормально, что модуль i915 из ядра 3.0.44, которое недавно
прилетело в P6, не позволяет выставить для интеловских видеокарт
разрешение выше 800 на 600? При этом в логах иксов появляется строка
(EE) FBDEV(0): FBIOBLANK: Invalid argument
На предыдущем ядре 3.0.42 всё в порядке.
Воспроизводится на двух разных машинах, вот видеокарта с одной из них:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 2nd Generation Core
Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)
Subsystem: ASRock Incorporation Device 0102
Kernel modules: i915

При этом i915 на Intel GM960/GL965 прекрасно работает на этом ядре.
