Такое впечатление, что при загрузке какой-то из сервисов пытается
сделать service rpcbind start при уже запущенном rpcbind. Можно,
конечно, покопаться в /etc/init.d, но лично я бы забил ;)

А тут криминала вроде бы и нет.
