Недавно пришлось устанавливать данный дистрибутив. Столкнулся с такой
проблемой: после инсталляции дистрибутива установлен только
samba-клиент. Ставлю пакет "samba", но /etc/smb.conf пуст. И ещё: как
после задания настроек в smb.conf запустить демона?

rpm -qf /etc/samba/smb.conf
samba-common-3.6.4-alt1
