При последнем за 2.5 месяца обновлении в т.ч. обновился пакет tzdata и,
вероятно, он переставил мне зону с Гринвича на Москву. А зачем такое делать?

Там действительно стояла Москва. Дальше всё понятно, --- вину с пакета
перекладываю на себя. Сейчас уже вспоминаю, что при установке KDesktop'a
отсутствовал Гринвич вообще, м.б. я тогда тоже руками правил...
