Прошу совета насчёт архитектуры бэкапа.
Задача:
Есть сервер (на альте), с него нужно бэкапить быза PGSQL и некоторые
папки с файлами. Всё это желательно упаковать и залить на другую машину
по FTP (другая машина на Windows).
Сейчас всё это делается скриптами. Вопрос: что для этого лучше использовать?
И пара вопросов насчёт бакулы:
* Для разностного бэкапа ей необходимо видеть старые файлы или достатоно
её служебное базы?
* Её бэкапы можно распаковать только ей самой?
* Если сервер сдох вместе с системной базой бакула, однако бэкапы
остались, получится ли их восстановить?
