Совершенно верно. Бороться со спамерам зачастую бесполезно — народ ушлый
и всегда найдёт лазейку. Самый эффективный способ поубавить их число —
это отбить охоту у предпринимателей пользоваться подобными способами
рекламировать свои услуги.
Помню, на первых порах, когда спам-пионеры только начинали делать первые
шаги, мы с приятелями, вооружившись телефонами, основательно выносили
мозг незадачливым рекламодателям звонками в стиле «почём в Одессе
рубероид?».
Сейчас ситуация немного изменилась — воспитание телефонным терроризмом
можно заменить требующим меньше времени и более эффективным понижением
рейтинга рекламируемого веб-ресурса (это всего пара кликов в случае WOT:
http://www.mywot.com/ru/download).
