В ALD 4.0 как регулируется скорость чтения/записи dvd,
два способа не дают результата:
1) eject -x 2 /dev/hdd
2) cat /etc/sysconfig/harddisk/hdd
EXTRA_PARAMS=-E2
При чтении/записи устройство (nec 3520) раскручивается на скорость 16,
шум, вибрация
