смотрел, пробовал, не помогло.
по совету zerg@ ковырял pulseaudio но всё равно не помогло.
самое главное: алса микрофоны видит и регулирует. можно микрофон (и
встроенный, и подключаемый, причем поотдельности) вывести на
колонки/наушники, НО ни одна программа, в том числе Пульсаудио, эти
микрофоны не видит и использовать не может.
бьюсь которые сутки - безрезультатно.
в интернете подобных случаев много, но ни один не доведен до решения...
