1. Для начала я бы проверил не виновен ли шлейф или контроллер.
2. В виктории по моему есть команда для создания софтовых бэд блоков,
вроде RNDBAD звалась. Думаю этого вам хватит что бы обменять винчестер.
Вряд ли кто то будет сидеть, делать Erase винту, а затем гонять.
3. Не советовал бы жечь винт, если видны следы горения, то сложно будет
доказать что случай гарантийный. Стучать об стол тоже не вариант, могут
заявить что вы его уронили, особенно если скол есть на корпусе.
