К сожалению, другой. Гораздо более плохой. И с ним надо бороться.

Мне почему-то кажется, что почти вся информация "из этих интернетов" как
раз для "только смотреть". Документация, формы и бланки, логи/отчеты,
книжки/рефераты/курсовые/диссеры. Зачем ее редактировать (именно
редактировать, а не заполнять поля в готовых формах)? А вот смотреть,
причем всегда в одном и том же виде, который не расплывается от компа к
компу нужно. И копировать через буфер куски текста и картинки.
