Другого ядра нет :(
Дома такое же ядро, и эта флешка ведет там себя совсем по другому (в
лучшую сторону)
На работе же имеем то что описал.
Пока нет под рукой "другой" флешки, что бы проверить "для чистоты
эксперимента"
Заполненость флешки около 50%
частота стирания/записи - 1-2 сотни мелких файлов в месяц
