Мне кажется, что Вам просто нужно подправить в /etc/lilo.conf и
/etc/fstab правильные UUID-ы. Методика абсолютно аналогичная
восстановлению загрузчика, только плюс правка двух файлов:

Посмотреть текущие идентификаторы можно командой blkid.
