Подскажите пожалуйста, какие есть нюансы запуска VSFTPD через xinetd.
Указал следующее в настройках, последнего:

# default: off
# description: The vsftpd FTP server.
service ftp
{
        disable = no
        socket_type     = stream
        protocol        = tcp
        wait            = on
        user            = root
        nice            = 10
        rlimit_as       = 64M
        server          = /usr/sbin/vsftpd
#       server_args     =
}

Однако фтп не подключается. 

tail messages: 

xinetd[26710]: Activating service ftp
xinetd[26710]: Deactivating service ftp due to excessive incoming connections.  Restarting in 10 seconds.


tail secure:


START: ftp pid=31025 from=<no address>
EXIT: ftp pid=31025 duration=0(sec)
FAIL: ftp connections per second from=<no address>


Подкажите, где я не так что настроил.
