Однажды был похожий случай. Покупал карту "Realtek 8139", на деле
оказалась "Rsltek 8139" - подделка под Realtek. Глючная до ужаса,
драйвер от RTL8139 не подошёл, взял с диска - глюки, пакеты терялись.
Выкинул. У вас, часом, не то же самое?
