Да, огромное спасибо!
Появилась!!! (подвигал по слотам) - пол дела сделано! )

Выводы команд прилагаю аттачами.


Теперь мне нужно сделать точку доступа wifi ad-hoc, чтобы инет который 
на копм получаю по сетевой карте (черезADSL модем) через точку доступа 
wifi ad-hoc раздать на мобильный.

Первый же ком блином:
[root@localhost ttt]# iwconfig ath0 mode Ad-Hoc
Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :
     SET failed on device ath0 ; Invalid argument.
[root@localhost ttt]#


Подскажите плиз что делать, или где есть ссылки на инструкции, чтоб 
установить.
