HPLIP не работает правильно.
Принтер автоопределился (m1319f).
Печать не работает.
Стандартная утилита от HP "hp-setup" просто циклится:
после скачивания plugin говорит, что plugin успешно установлен,
а затем, что произошла неудача с установкой plugin.
Приходится вычищать систему от hplip вместе с некоторыми
нужными зависимостями, а затем устанавливаться с
HPLIP от производителя.
