Всё правильно: необходимо сделать "привязку" сетевых карт их MAC-адресам
или по их местуположению на системной шине.
Можно сделать вызвав скрипт /etc/net/scripts/contrib/initconf и он вам
всё что надо пропишет. Если настройки, предолженные вам скриптом
initconf вас устраивают, то сделайте вызов
/etc/net/scripts/contrib/initconf write. Ну а дальше уже донастраиваете
/etc/net под себя так, как вам надо.
А можно зайти в альтератор и всё это сделать через него.
