Такого скрипта нет. Такую функцию мог бы выполнять
/etc/rc.d/scripts/idetune , но он только для IDE.
Поэтому выход - данную команду (hdparm -B 254) записать в rc.local, но
при суспенде, слипе она не будет отрабатывать.
Тут уже нужно шаманить с pm-utils. Там есть хуки (скрипты) которые
запускаются при суспенде и слипе. Вот если сделать такой хук, который бы
дергал hdparm -B 254, то было бы хорошо.
