Кстати, мне вот непонятно:
читаю я эту документацию, и делаю, как автомат, все по пунктам. То есть
подключаю бранч, ставлю и запускаю update-kernel. Оно жужжит и шуршит.
Потом читаю дальше: "после обновления и загрузки с новым ядром...". Ну
ладно, догадаться, как загрузить новое ядро можно. А вот "runlevel 3"
это абра-кадабра какая-то. Но это ладно, это скорее всего не понадобится.
Зато инструкция на этом кончается. И я, как пользователь, довольный
такой, включаю комп завтра, и вижу, что ядро старое. :(. Отправляюсь
терзать форум вопросами "как сделать, чтоб новое ядро загружалось всегда".
(а теперь самое забавное) Через недельку я решаю поставить себе новый
Пасьянс, делаю apt-get install/Synaptic, и мне предлагают обновить 300
пакетов, предварительно скачав 500Мб. Шок и трепет! Я вообще-то не
планировал обновляться систему, я просто хотел Пасьянс :(. Но в
"понятной инструкции" случайно забыли предупредить, что надо
перенастроить апт на родной репозитарий.
