Машины разные, винты подкинуть возможности нет - они тоже разные (SATA
и SAS-контроллер).
В итоге решил грубо - на новой машине из-под LiveCD системные разделы
(root/home/usr) создал такого же размера (по-крайней мере старался
одинакового).
На старой машине
# cat /dev/sdaX > bub.img
Перетащил эти образы на новую, и
# cat bub.img > /devsdaX
Подправил lilo.conf и fstab. Новая машина поднялась спокойно, только
сетевухи перенастроить пришлось. Большой раздел для служебных данных
перетаскиваю по сети. Вроде финт ушами проканал :)
