Кстати, CCP4 (минимальный набор) тоже собрал. С ним ещё работать и
работать, в смысле опакечивания компонент, включая gui. cctbx немного
задерживается, ибо в процессе попыток установить (сборка в хэшере уже
проходит, правда, около часа требуется, если тесты отключить)
оказалось, что ему нужны отсутствующие в сизифе модули (в частности
PyMol и Pyfort, которыми как раз с сегодняшнего дня собираюсь заняться).
В общем, я предполагал, что тема это довольно масштабная, но не сразу
сообразил, что тут дело идёт о целом программном комплексе с кучей
всего, к тому же на питон и фортран одновременно завязанное ;)
