Ну, это обычно делается с помощью манипуляций над данными.
Правда, я никогда не имел дело с дефекторграммами, но в обработке
сигналов либо отфильтровывают низкие частоты, либо аппроксимируют
"правильную" базовую линию. Не знаю, есть ли в R подходящий
модуль/функция, надо искать, но то, что на R можно написать
нужную прогу -- сто пудов.
Тут бы интерактивности:) Можно, конечно, методом подбора
подыскать какую-нибудь функцию, которая пойдет похоже на базовую
линию, а потом ее из данных вычесть...
