Извиняюсь, надо было ещё один ключик добавить, т.е.:
file -sk /dev/sdc1
> И Пальма делает исключительно fat16 (fdik указывает тип 6 FAT16)
fdisk - это одно. Я могу тип раздела хоть linux swap поставить (не
рекомендую так делать :) ), а внутри будет FAT...
