Добрый вечер.
Общая ситуация:
имеется пользователь alt'а Desktop Personal 4.0.2
у которого очень ограниченый трафик и который исчерпан.
У него такая проблема:

на котором отсутствует зеркало альта.
Хотелось бы ему помочь. Соответственно вопрос:
Как штатными средствами ALD402, наиболее простым способом
заставить работать монитор на частоте 100 Герц?
