Ну не то чтоб совсем не так ... %) Все сетевые протоколы должны
подниматься вместе со стартом сетевой подсиситемы (скрипт
/etc/rc.d/init.d/network).
Если таки всё поднимать вручную (как это сейчас делается у вас), то
необходимо весь набор комманд (для поднятия IPX и монтирования томов)
прописывать в /etc/rc.d/rc.local
