Размеры разделов ext3 и ntfs одинаковые? Скорость доступа к дискам,
на которых они расположены, одинаковая? Разделы с ntfs меняете тоже
GParted ?
Не знаю, что использует GParted, но у меня 670 Gb меняется на 650 Gb
за 2 часа с помощью изменения размера раздела и затем размера FS с
помощью resize2fs.
