Это два варианта решения проблемы. Какой из них более быстрый - не
скажу. Наверное самый быстрый попробовать собрать самому ;-)
Личку мантейнера пакета узнать легко - заходим на http://sisyphus.ru/,
там есть поиск, ищем там нужный пакет и открываем его - там и будет
указан мантейнер. При наведении на мантейнера будет виден урл вида
http://sisyphus.ru/packager/ник_мантейнера. Личка будет вида
ник_мантейнера@altlinux.org
Багзилла - https://bugzilla.altlinux.org/. Нужно будет там
зарегистрироваться и потом можно (и при обнаружении какого-то бага даже
нужно) создавать в ней багу на соответствующий пакет. Багой может быть и
просьба обновить что-то.
