Тут вот какя хрень приключилась. Надоел моей дочке текущий логин. Ну и
попросила поменять.
Ну я и сказал:
usermod -d новый_хоум -m -l новый_логин старый_логин
Обматерило, что не может переместить каталог. Но в /etc/passwd всё поменяло.
Ну я переместил его руками, еще сделал
groupmod -n новая_группа старая_группа
А логиниться - фиг вам: Incorrect login
Подумал, может смена пароля поможет:
K->Настройка->Центр_Управления_Системы...
Мат:"невозможно обновить базу паролей"
# passwd -S new_login
passwd: error reading user "new_login" shadow entry: No such file or
directory
# passwd -d new_login
pam_chauthtok: User not known to the underlying authentication module
chpasswd: line 1: unable to change password for new_login
userdel new_login
userdel: cannot lock shadow password file
Вообщем вопрос: "Что я сделал не так?" И как мне теперь избавиться от
этого пользователя? Потому как уже заведен еще один юзер и всё перенесено,
и все работает. Если в /etc/passwd просто руками убрать строку посвященную
new_login никакого катаклизма не случится?
