Нужна система для управления всякой коммуналкой и телекомом "на местности".
Для начала - есть чертеж в DWG, включающий всякие дома, тротуары, кабеля
и колодцы, который надо бы
а) обрабатывать не в автокаде (в DXF это 60 мегабайт и чем с ним
работать - мне не очень ясно)
б) привязать на местности
в) превратить из чертежа в модель
г) дальше с этим работать
Посмотрел предварительно на GRASS - если он и применим, то там нужно
сначала понять, с какой стороны подойти к снаряду.
