Тезка, Вы почему не слушаете то, что Вам говорят? Это исходники,
которые нужно компилировать. rpm [--rebuild][sourcerpm] работает только
если у Вас будет не tar.bz2/gz, а src.rpm
Для 4.0.3 попробуйте поставить вот этот пакет:
ftp://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/4.0/branch/files/i586/RPMS/foo2zjs-20060523-alt0.9.1.i586.rpm
Ставится от рута командой в папке со скачанным пакетом:
rpm -Uhv ./foo2zjs-20060523-alt0.9.1.i586.rpm
P.S. Кстати, Вы, наверное, даже не смотрели этот пакет на sisyphus.ru,
иначе уже б сами нашли и вышеуказанный пакет, и версию для 3-й линейки:
ftp://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/backports/3.0/i586/RPMS.backports/foo2zjs-20060523-alt0.1.M30.1.i586.rpm
