Возможно в installer 3.11. Под XP надо такой пакетик доставлять, чтоб msi устанавливались.
P.S. И как только народ не извращается. Уже OOo под wine ставят...

должно работать. Про Windows Installer ни слова. Я точно не помню, но
вроде раньше msi'ки у меня запускались на другой машине. Но wine там был
точно 1.0.7.
OOo просто подрукуу подал, не было других msi больше. А реально
поставить хочу UNIOFFICE@Etersoft, чтобы БухСофт 2008 запустить. БухСофт
ругается сейчас на EXCEL.APPLICATION, не может встроить excel в своё окно.

спорить тут не надо.
На сколько помню в Windows если Installer нужен, то это сообщалось ввиде
модального окна с ошибкой.
Позже попробую другие msi'шки.
Попробовал поставить Windows Installer. Не ставится, говорит в окне:
"Unable to find a volume for file extraction. Please verify that you
have proper permissions".

unioffice.msi установил без проблем после переключения в режим win98.
После установки unioffice БухСофт начал вести себя по другому, перестал
ругаться на "APPLICATION.EXСEL". Теперь ругается так: "Ошибка OLE, код
0x80004002: Неизвестный код состояния COM."
Интересно, в каких приложениях unioffice реально работает..

... что же всё-таки нужно написать на странице
