Я не пробовал. Попробуйте положить WORKDIR туда, где он доступен
нескольким пользователям, укажите это место в настройках prefix для
каждого пользователя, и расскажите, получилось ли запустить от
разных пользователей без пересоздания WORKDIR.
Ещё права на /dev/nvidia* надо будет всем выдать.
