Добрый день всем,
долгое время у меня всё нормально работало на ядре 2.6.18-wks-smp-alt2.
Система - где-то полгода давности сизиф. Понадобилось винт перенести на
машину с другим чипсетом (ALi Corporation M5229 IDE )
Перенес винт, запустил, всё работает нормально, но дико тормозит. Ага,
небось на ide_generic завелось, и про DMA ничего не знает, подумал я. Но
хорошо решил поставить новое ядро, а не делать что-то со старым initrd,
потому что поставив 2.6.18-std-smp-alt12 из сизифа, при загрузке получил
Kernel panic, init not found.
Перепробовав различные комбинации mkinitrd и поставив ещё разных других
ядер, я убедился, что результат один, система не грузится.
Что делал -
mkinitrd initrd-2.6.18-std-smp-alt12.img 2.6.18-std-smp-alt12
mkinitrd initrd-2.6.18-std-smp-alt12.img 2.6.18-std-smp-alt12 --preload
alim15x3
результат один. Подумалось, что может оно теперь /dev/sda стало - тоже
нет, root=/dev/sda1 никак не оказывает влияния на результат, система не
грузится, не может найти /sbin/init
Причём в старую 2.6.18-wks-smp-alt2 всё загружается и работает, но DMA
нет и это сильно расстраивает.
Грузил какой-то liveCD - там всё работает, диск так и остался /dev/hda,
драйвер там подгрузился таки alim15x3 и всё прекрасно работает, можно
зачрутиться на корень на диске и работать, но это же не выход.
Есть у кого идеи, что с этим можно сделать и куда копать ?
