Это обсуждалось - там вроде инсталлер шалит и прописывает в /etc/fstab
монтирование ntfs-разделов через ядерный ntfs и через ntfs-3g. Второй
вариант прописан правильно, но из-за уже смонтированного через ntfs не
отрабатывает. Достаточно удалить строки в fstab с ntfs и оставить с ntfs-3g.
