Попробовал сначала в etc, и таки да, там не заработал. Возможно, что
помогла бы перезагрузка или перезапуск какой-либо службы, но т.к. я знал
(из предыдущих экспериментов), что в при размещении файла в usr
достаточно просто переподключить устройство - кинул туда, к остальным.
При этом сразу завелось без проблем.
