В OOo вообще поддержка импорта PS работает слегка нестабильно. Раньше на
экран вообще ничего не показывалось кроме описанного прямоугольничка с
надписью. Возможно, что сборки OOo под Винду и Линукс отличаются по
части набора и версий библиотек, с которыми они слинкованы. А Ворд так и
вообще никогда PS не умел нормально показывать... В такой ситуации можно
попробовать переконвертировать с помощью pstoedit (великая вешь!) EPS
либо в SVG (вроде как новый OOo умеет их импортировать), а вроде даже
новый pstoedit умеет конвертировать непосредственно в собственный формат
векторной графики OOo. В этом случае вставленные таким образом рисунки
будут нормально отображаться в _любом_ Writer'е, и даже при сохранении в
doc Ворд их увидит :)
