Доустанавливать скорее всего ничего не надо. Достаточно будет почитать
http://www.freesource.info/wiki/AltLinux/Dokumentacija/NastrojjkaVPN?v=8qt&search=pppoe
раздел "настройка с etcnet", и выполнить настройку руками в соответствии
с рекомендациями.
