Дык если не пройти авторизацию на w2003 откуда же он знать будет, что Вы администратор?

rdesktop авторизация не нужна. Вы после подключения авторизоваться на сервере будете.
А для всего остального надо авторизоваться, чтоб контроллер домена знал что Вам можно,
чего нельзя.
Ответ на вопрос: как авторизоваться - ищите в рассылке samba.
